Menstrual cycle s synced causes?
I ve been living with my four girl roommates for the past 3 months and they have all synced up to my cycle including the two on birth control with very regular periods. Does that make me the alpha women? What makes three other periods sync to mine. Am I the most fertile?

Yes, menstrual synchrony is a myth. Sometimes the people around you adjust to the same cycle because of the events that may be happening around you. If there was something stressful, that you were all worried about, it could have delayed your period and/or others. This is only one possible reason though.

Menstrual synchrony is a myth, not to mention that if two of the women you live with are currently using hormonal birth control then they don't even have menstrual cycles or periods anyway and their withdrawal bleeds are controlled by the order which they take their birth control. So if you're all currently bleeding together than it's coincidence and nothing more, sorry but you're not a special snowflake or some superior highly fertile alpha women.
