Should I hang around with this girl?

Im 21 and I meet this girl like 4 months ago. Her name is Veronica she is 16. I met her at a park and a few days later I smoke a blunt with her and her friends and I was with my friend. After that I was trying to get to know her but, she never responded to my texts. So I assume she used me. During this month I started seeing her come around the park more often seeing her while see was trying to get my eye contact I would glance and look away because, I already met Her and wasn't interested in someone that just wants to use me. Yesterday she met another friend of mines she knew hang around with me and saying yeah I know that guy that drives (the type of car I drive) and so she ask if we can all hang out in my car I said she so we did and I wasn't really feeling like hanging around with her so I get out and go to kick it with another friend that was hanging outside my car and then it was like she was trying to conversate with me even though I was outside my car talking with someone else soon I left them there and went to hang with my friend in his car the one right next to mines. Soon as I did that they left. Do you think I should give her a chance to be in my life as a friend or just leave her as is because I think she just likes usings people?
