Can I still use my old email, which I think is still active for answering questions here, in the pregnancy section?
And if I can how can I do it without loosing my account I have now, I know people have multiple accounts, how do they go from one account to another?

Yes - you can. Simply sign out of this account and sign into your other one and away you go. You can only have one account open on your PC at any one time.
HOWEVER - you must NOT let the two accounts interact. You cannot ask a question using one account and answer it using the other. You cannot thumb up or thumb down one account using the other. Providing you stick to this rule you will be OK.
Although yahoo promote having more than one account - there is a strict rule regarding cheating on yahoo answers that they will enforce. If you allow the two accounts to interact, then you risk having BOTH accounts suspended.
