Swollen tonsils, nausea, ear pain and mucus with blood?

I'm in so much pain. My tonsils are swollen and I saw a little white bump on the right one. There's some swollen red spots on the back of my throat. My cheeks and neck feel really warm. It hurts to swallow or move my jaw and I feel like pressure is building in my ears and the pain/pressure is spreading to my neck and back of my head. I felt nauseous for a bit but it passed. Then I kept spitting up mucus and sometimes it had blood. My body feels a bit sore and it hurts to move or try and get up. My legs feel kinda tingly and I have an itchy feeling on my insides. My mom is at work so I can't really do anything about it. I've cried several times because that's how bad the pain is. Please someone help me
