Ramones Sex Pistols Misfits The Replacements. But really I could not putthem in any order because they are all influential in their own way. They all have their place in punk/punk rock history. They are all highly regarded and respected with helping shape the category. Each bringing its own unique style to it. They all in my mind are tied. If you are talked about after all these years you are in a rare class. Punk is not pretty and its nor for everyone but if you like it than it can do wonders.
