Of these 3 states ONLY!!!, who has the better mountains. Arkansas, West Virginia or North Carolina?

Hard to answer, proportionally to the land mass, West Virginia has more mountains per proportion. Still, North Carolina has some beautiful scenery near Asheville and Nothwestern Arkansas is also quite beautiful. Sorry, I'll take one from each.

They are all so beautiful but West Virginia is a true Appalachian state because it's entirely in the Appalachian region! Gorgeous mountains everywhere! Arkansas is pretty flat but the Ozarks are pretty amazing! Also Mt. Magazine and Pinnacle Mountain are gorgeous! North Carolina is super varied in the Mountain department! it has the Blue Ridge and Appalachias! but WV is a mountainous paradise! :)

North Carolina - Along the Blue Ridge Parkway, just north of Asheville is Mt. Mitchell which is the highest mountain east of the Mississippi river. South of Asheville, again on the BRP is beautiful mountain scenery.

West Virginia is the prettiest of the 3, in my opinion. But all are scenic.

All three are gorgeous. I don't think I could choose. I have been in all three and love them all.
