Why does Caffeine make me tired?

Caffeine ( as a Stimulant ) doesn't always react on Everyone Metabolism- the SAME way. And YOUR Reaction to it is Significant. Because it MIGHT suggest- that You're going to have to Be VERY Careful- about what "Side Effects" you're going to run into- when You take ANY kind of Drugs- in the Future !! :o

I can drink two cups of coffee at night and go to bed and go right to sleep soundly for about 3 or 4 hours then wide f-ing awake for the next 2-3 hours. In the morning two mugs of coffee gets me kick started but the affect is gone by lunch - the trick is to stop at 2-4 cups for the day (BTW I don't drink coffee after 10am on most days and never in the evening).

Same thing for me. I can fall asleep after a cup of espresso. My doctor called it a Paradoxical reaction. Some people can take anti-depressant and it will depress them. They give children with hyperactivity stimulants like Adderall and that has a paradoxical reaction and calms them down.

A cup of coffee puts me right to sleep!

Youre probably just drinking it. To get the full effects you need to inject it directly into the bloodstream.
