Antidepressants/ anti anxiety medication help?

I have been on Wellbutrin for about 3 months and it was wonderful. I would take two 150 milligram pills a day and had no negative side effects. Now I am just taking one 300 milligram pill of Wellbutrin. I feel different on this pill. I feel very sad and distant from my actual life. I have been taking it for two days and it has been the worst two days of my like! I am not a sad person whatsoever! I was taking Wellbutrin to stop with my anxiety attacks which it was doing well! But now on the 300 milligram pill it s giving me anxiety! I also have just moved and I am typically very good at moving. It does not usually change my mood. I started taking the 300ml pill the day I moved in. So I do not know if it s the pill or if it s my new surroundings. But in my case I do not believe I am homesick! But maybe I am. Can switching from two 150ml Wellbutrins to one 300ml change my mood like this?
