Close, I'm no cunning linguist-but I think Matsumoto folks speak almost the same as Tokyoites. In any case there is really no such thing as "standard" Japanese. The NHK itself allows for regional variations in its style manual, for example "o-ban desu" rather than "konban-wa" in Sendai.  It's different, but hardly incorrect.
