Anhaltender starker Schwindel bei Bewegung. Hat jemand Erfahrung?

Hallo :)

Seit nun 7 Tagen wache ich in der Früh auf und merke dass, jede Bewegung zu kleinen Schwindelattacken führt. Jeder Schritt fühlt sich an wie ein kleiner Stromschlag im Gehirn und jede Bewegung ist sehr unangenehm vor allem Treppenlaufen ist fast unmöglich wenn ich mich nicht heben könnte. Immer wieder litt ich schon unter normalem Lagerungsschwindel der sich aber durch kurzen starken Drehschwindel äußerste und auch schnell wieder vorüberging. Dieser Schwindel ist anders, ob wohl auch er nicht zu bemerken ist, wenn ich mich überhaupt nicht bewege. Der Schwindel legt sich meistens zum frühen Abend hin aber der ganze Tag ist hinüber weil ich nichts machen kann :( Folgende evtl relevante Eckinfos: Ich bin weiblich und 24 Jahre alt. Normalgewicht (Ist das wichtig? :D ) Ich habe vor kurzem die Pille abgesetzt (Dies aber schon öfters und da war nie was) Ich habe zur Zeit wirklich alles andere als Stress Übelkeit oder Kopfschmerz tritt nicht auf Der Arzt (der mir gar nicht zugehört hatte) meinte es sei sicher der Blutdruck und ich solle viel trinken bei dem Wetter (Ich trinke fast 4 Liter täglich!)

Kann mir vielleicht jemand helfen? Hatte jemand schonmal etwas ähnliches?

Bin für jeden Tip außer "Geh mal zum Arzt" dankbar. Ich gehe ohnehin wenn keine Besserung eintritt am Montag zum Arzt,

Du musst abklären, ob der Schwindel Herz- Kreislauf bedingt od. orthopädischer Natur ist.

ad 1.) Lass Blutdruck messen, Blutbild machen, Zucker kontrollieren
ad 2.) Frag den Orthopäden und lass dich wenn nötig von ihm/ Osteopathen einrenken

Für mich klingt es eher wie 2.) und du gehörst eingerenkt
