"The aftermath of WW2" is such a huge topic, and articles are generally so focused and brief, that you're unlikely to find any single article that covers this huge subject entirely.

Instead, break your search down into smaller chunks, such as the Soviet occupation of Eastern Europe, their overthrow of the Czechoslovak government, the Warsaw Pact, the Marshall Plan, the rationing that continued long after the war in England, the fate of displaced people in Europe, etc.; the Chinese Civil War and Communist takeover, the democratization and re-building of Japan, the social effects of demobilization in the USA, etc., etc., etc.

One of the outcomes was the rise of Hitler. There is so much material on that your problem is going to be cutting it down rather than trying to pad it with something.
