Politics: Which did more to allow ISIS a foothold in Iraq, removing the U.S. troops by Obama, or destroying the Iraqi army, under Bush?

The Sunni Iraqi army leaders now work in ISIS so they were never fully beaten.

You cannot blame the problem on any one action by the U.S. Obama wanted to keep combat troops in Iraq, in opposition to the agreement agreed by Bush but that Iraq president refused to grant soldiers immunity from crimes they committed in Iraq.

It is not going to help to send Americans back there now to fight IS because their image is damaged as the U.S. has damaged that country. the so called coalition members should go in on the ground. They can probably be more effective than U.S. soldiers.

The crusade invasion of Iraq by Christian Bush is the blame for ISIS... The crusaders (US ARMY) came and took control of Muslim Iraq so now Muslims in Iraq are just taking their revenge!!!

I think the answer is really a no-brainer........of course, it was toppling the government of Iraq and Iraqi army under Bush.
