Pakistani's ?

Hi i live in switzerland and i am a pakistani.

My question is if there are any pakistani's or indian's or bagladeshi's (who speak hindi/urdu) want's to help me to make pakistan a better place.

We want that pakistan has better roads, railway tracks and so on. I need street builder (i hope that is the correct way to say it), who live in an european union country (preferably germany, austria, switzerland, belgium, luxemburg, netherlands, united kingdom, france.) who will travel to pakistan and make the streets better. I have sponsors who will help us with the financial stuff, so we do not have to worry for money.
