Whatever floats your boat. Personally, I would never wear that, way too revealing for my taste and I'm not confidant enough. You definitely pull it off, but are you sure that you want to come off as that type of girl? People might have less respect for you. It's a suitable outfit if you're there to have older guys ogling you and go wild, not make genuine new friends.

you're outfit seems a bit too revealing for a 15 year old... if you want attention dress nice not slutty, it gives the wrong impression. Guys will see you as a hit it and quit it, if you want the right attention dress cute and stylish, not whorish.
