i want to date a coworker?
Okay so this girl works in the same warehouse as me just in a different section and she is just beautiful I can see myself being with her for a long time. I haven't made a move because I'm scared of rejection not to mention she speaks Spanish alot around me and not sure if she even knows english. I have 1 break then lunch and last break when's the best time to approach and what can I do to increase my success rate to dating her? What ice breakers should I use? Please I need advice I don't want to blow this.

When the woman is attractive, then this means that she probably already has many guys interested in her. You need to be better than other guys in some significant way to have any success with her.
If your advantage over other guys isn't obvious to her, then your chances with her aren't so good. And it might not be worth your trouble to create possible trouble at work. Because trying to date a co-worker often leads to this kind of trouble, especially when she isn't interested in you.

Im somewhat dating a coworker, its not good lol. My other co workers would always whisper in a funny voice "awkward" ahhaha. So no dont do it

If you're willing to take a risk in dating a co-worker go ahead.
Probably go up to her & ask her "how's it going" or "how long have you been working here?"
