how fast can sake/alcohol/wine damage your liver.?
okay in the past two or three months i almost every once a week drunk full bottle of sake (cheap one) if you don t know what sake is it s type of Japanese alcohol made from rice and is rice wine. i also drunk full bottle of wine after two weeks anyway in total after 2 months i drunk 4 bottles of sake and 3 of wine all of these in 3 months or something can t remember. so for example is drinking one bottle in one day and wait for 2 weeks or one and drink another.
i am not a drinker not alcoholic i just drink for fun alone.
before 3 days i did a blood test out of the blue and found out that my liver is a bit damaged the doctor said do you drink alcohol? he said ether is because of alcohol or something else he said. i will do another blood test to check out if it is the other thing which is scary i forgot what it was the name of that thing and or is because of alcohol. my question is could alcohol really damage my liver this fast? hurt it? my be because of cheap sake? or wine. i buy the 5 dollars sake which is very cheap other stores is 27 dollars and something like that. wine i buy the 15 dollars one plus. i hope is because of alcohol not something else. what you guys think?

For an average adult, somewhere from 2 - 3 units of alcohol per day is OK.
A unit is a approximately single measure of spirits , half a pint of beer or a standard (1/6th bottle) glass of wine.
Drinking more than three units in one session can be bad - it depends on your metabolism. 10 - 12 units in one go is "Binge drinking" and is not a good idea..
Normally, a bottle of wine every so often should not cause problems but everyone is different.
Do you use any painkillers? Paracetamol (Acetaminophen / Tylenol) can cause severe liver damage if taken too frequently; some people are unusually sensitive and they have damaged their livers when taking it regularly but within the permitted dosage.
Taking any of that at all while there is alcohol in your system can overload your liver and cause problems.
