Once a credit card expires and you re issued a new card after few days,can you deny it?

Your account remains open until either you or the lender closes it. The expiration/reissue of the card itself is just a security precaution. Not sure what you mean by "denying" the card, but you have to take positive action to actually close the account.

You can call them & tell them to close the account. You are only charged if there is an annual fee on the card. Or you can cut the card up without closing the account which is actually better for your credit score.

Just don't use it. You can close the account.
