I will assume you're using chrome.

If there are ads in the way:

ctrl+h > click extentions (on the left) > delete anything that doesn't begin with the word "google", (or that you dont remember installing.)

If the problem persists:

Start > control panel > uninstall a program > delete the following:

Health alert, SuperFish, Price Chopper, HC-nemA1.1, Video-media-player-Air, Cinema-Plus-1.2, Sm8mS, Discount Cow, V-bates, PriceMeter, Supra Savings, Network System Driver, FreeSoftToday, Browser Appe_1.2, Re-Markable, Zombie Alert, Wajam, Coupon Server, HD-Total-Plus, BlockAndSurf, Safe Saver, SupTab, Plus-HD 1.3, BetterSurf, PassShow, LyricsBuddy-1, Fraveen, Websteroids, Savings Bull, TidyNetwork, Search Snacks, Re-markit.
