Has anyone else had an answer reported and then reinstated on appeal?

yep though I rarely get reported, and often don't bother on the 1 or 2 times I may get reported (since points mean nothing to me anymore) I actually just got the email about one being reinstated just now as it happens too.

I answered a question about reporting some questionable answers to a users Q's or not.....I agreed that they were violations should be reported and someone (possibly bitter towards people who report posts) reported my answer....I appealed it, and though it took a few days, YAT reviewed it, agreed there was nothing wrong, and reinstated it.

Fact is though we never get to know exactly who reported us when it happens as long as you actually do give an answer and generally keep the to basic guidelines as much as possible it can be very easy to turn over false reports when someone decides to try and spite you for no good reason other than because they personally don't like what you said. (whether it's truthful/follows Y!A SG's or not)

And of course it's well known on here that the R&S category is FULL of people like that, so you did good to get it appealed but don't think it won't happen again in there,lol

Thank you that with your answer ( are you 12 year old by the way) you confirmed every single word i said about atheists. Yet i had to laugh at your stupid remark'' this is evidence god does not exist'' Lololol becuase i asked for an advice how to deal with immature atheists, this became automaitcally an evidence that God does not eixts. Atheists are so desperate to disprove God but God can not be disproved. If you dont want to believe, then fine, dont believe. Why do you bother so much about disproving what you can never disprove??? Then again, why would i expect a smart answer by an atheist.

Yes I have. I've lost very few appeals.

I have not appealed anything in months, and the last few I did appeal, I never heard back on. But only a few times can I recall having an appeal outright DENIED.

Yes I have numerous times. I've had answers of mind reported that were literally nothing more than me writing "Lol." Those appeals tend to be reversed.

Yes, just recently, actually. Over the years, I've had about 85% of my appeals granted.

Wow, just this minute got another one reinstated!

No, I answer with questions sometimes to gain clarity and still get reported.

I can see why you are reported on. You attack peoples religion. I'm unaffected though. C+ for effort.
