How can I reopen my mothers urn that was sealed with crazy glue.?

    Acetone.

    Can't guarantee it won't hurt the finish, though.

    Wear gloves and do it outside, on a calm day, over plastic sheeting in case some ashes get spilled. I have heard some very funny stories about mishaps with human ashes; don't be one of those people.Try brushing the acetone over the seal a few times before applying gentle pressure.
