Does there exist a paper punch for inside corners?

    I'm trying to cut really clean corners with an xacto knife and I just can't get it exact. Is there an inside corner punch in existence? I've searched to no avail. If anyone can help me with suggestions how to make a window cut in card stock without breaking the bank, I would greatly appreciate it. Included is a photo of the kind of cards I'm currently working on. I want to make custom windows not just one size. Thanks!
