In Argentina for example we say: "Me estoy cagando de frio"
The literal interpretation would be: "I'm so cold that I'm shitting"

"¡Estoy jodidamente helado, tío!" ('I'm f***ing frozen, dude!'). Works only in Spain, not in other countries.
"¡La puta madre, me estoy congelando!" ('F**k it, I'm freezing!' -not literal-).
"¡Concha de la madre, me estoy congelando!" (literally: "mother's p**sy, I'm ******* freezing!") Doesn't work in Spain because of the word "concha". In Spain, you can say: "¡Me estoy congelando, coño!", which means the same.
