What does it mean when a guy does this?
This guy talks about me a lot when I'm not around (in a good way). He tells people I'm "perfect", "so nice" and "really pretty". I know this because people always tell me what he says haha. Then two of those people texted me asking if I would consider going on a date with him and I said yes. They told him what I said and he hasn't asked me out. He's acting like he usually does around me. The people that texted me are telling me that he's just scared to ask me out, but I'm not sure. Apparently they asked him about it and he told them that "they ruined it". He does tend to joke around a lot so I guess he could have been jokingly talking about me, but they keep telling me that he really is serious about what he says about me. If he was serious wouldn't he have asked me out by now?
Also, even after all of this he still favorites and retweets a lot of my stuff on twitter. Also, I mentioned something a while ago about liking guys with short hair (he had long hair) and he
just recently cut it. He had long hair for at least 1 year. So what do you thinks going on?

He's young and full of hormones, he wants to ask you out but he's too stupid to do it. He's one of those guys that needs a push to get the ball rolling. Just ask him out yourself, after all, he's the one that likes you, and not you like him.
