Is this guy probably stalking my twitter page?
And I don't mean like creepy stalking, but this guy retweets and favorites my tweets throughout the day multiple times. So do you think he's probably checking my page and not just looking through his timeline?

He wants to have your attention (but he's using bad metthods). Try talking to him to see what he wants, to understand his intentions. Talk normally, as nonchalantly. It'll be pretty obvious by the way he talks, if he's just a crazy stalker or a person in need of attention (you know, everyone needs attention, and the internet is a way to overcome it, but one needs to understand this ).
You can choose of leaving him, or be a nice person: help someone in need! Because, sometimes, we can have this power, of helping peoples just by what we are!
We are humans, and we need humans!
