Who Ignored Intelligence Reports that repeated over and over Al Qaeda is going 2 launch a terrorist attack on America using Hijacked Planes?

Nobody.

The US never had received such intelligence. There never was any intelligence that indicated terrorists were going to attack using hijacked planes.

The fact is that hijacked planes had NEVER been used like that before 9/11. NEVER! The intelligence we had only indicated that al Qaeda sought to attack the US on US soil, which had been true every single year since the WTC bombings in 1993.

When the Bush administration said there was no actionable intelligence, they meant it. Or perhaps you can explain why the only people claiming differently are not people from the intelligence agencies, but politicians or bloggers?
