Is there no justice in this world?
A man does everything right in this world. He goes to school, studies hard, is kind and cares about others. Still, he gets put down by bullies. They are racist, rude and don't study hard...
How can 'the others' still keep on doing that? Is there nobody, no one out there who looks after those 'bad' people stops them and puts them into place?
When a fireman dies in a fire, has family, loves and in the end risks his life for someone he doesn't even know. And then there are criminals, bullies, racists in this world, how can it be fair, when the fireman dies?
How can the 'bad people' just keep on being rude?

People seldom realize it, but their behavior is constrained by many aspects of reality. Your hard work is what economists consider to be an investment in human capital -- you acquire skill by engaging into activities such as studying -- and, someday, this is bound to make a difference between you and them. On that day, when you'll have an easier time, you might regret a lot less not consuming your time doing stupid things. As for them, they will likely regret being lazy because, as I said, their ability to choose things will be limited by the choices they are making right now.

I hear you, Im one of those people who worked hard, studied hard, never hurt a fly but then other less hardworking meaner people tried to bring me down because of their own issues, I always thought it was protection enough to be a good person, its good to have a good conscience and values, but its not enough to keep away the "bad" as you call them, its about how you treat yourself, these good kindhearted hardworking people are usually also givers and do not love or care about their own selves enough and therefore attract people who also dont treat them properly. These bad people can serve as powerful lessons for the good people to treat themselves better and have a higher quality of life.... so justice in the longer term so to speak.

Rule number one. Life is not fair.
Get over it. Move on, or drive yourself crazy. Its your choice.

Justice is a man-made concept that is based off of idealism, which is unrealistic in nature. There is no such thing as justice.A man gets stabbed to death in an alley. To the family of the victim, the punishment of the culprit is what would seem just.To the culprit and perhaps his family, what he did might be considered just.Perhaps the victim had killed or tortured or raped or whatever really somebody, maybe even somebody the culprit knew.Who is just then?Justice does not exist, all we can do is make a judicial system that imitates it.
Fate does not reward those who do things "right".It simply plays out, whether the person was good or bad isn't a factor in the least. Also, you shouldn't judge bullies or anybody in general without learning their situation and story.Perhaps the "bully" was being forced into being a bully.Maybe the bully is only a bully because of past traumatic incidents caused by someone or something, maybe even the bullies parents. What must be done then, for "justice"?Do you punish both the parents and the child,or do you only punish the parents?Justice is based too much on perspective to be fully applied to everything.

If you want justice you have to call its name.
It will not come by itself.
Justice is a higher power and it will never come to those who do not trully desire it.
You have to be crazy to attract true justice.
