Thrash Metal: What is your absolute one favorite Thrash Metal album from the 1980s of a band that is not from the USA or Germany?

I wouldn't really consider Hellhammer or Celtic Frost to be thrash metal - they lack the riffing style and song structure of thrash.

Annihilator - Alison Hell (Canada)

Artillery - Terror Squad (Denmark)

Sacrilege - Behind the Realms of Madness (United Kingdom)

Sepultura - Beneath The Remains.

Released in 1989, and Sepultura is from Brazil.

I'll take you back to the early seventies. Among the earliest songs to be labeled as thrash metal are Queen's "Stone Cold Crazy", which was recorded and released in 1974 (described by Q Magazine in 2011 as being "thrash metal before the term had been invented"). Metallica does a cover of the song, too.
