Really bad upper back pain?
I have no idea what happened but yesterday evening I started feeling some pain in my neck, just like when you sleep weirdly or you twist it, you know?
Then I went for a walk and after a while everything started hurting, my neck and my upper back, particularly my shoulders.
When I got back home I tried stretching and things but it really hurt! I didn't think much of it, I thought I would just sleep it off!
However when I tried going to bed, it seemed like all my muscles just seized up. No position I tried to sleep in was at all comfortable and I've been waking up every few hours.
Just now it was a struggle even sitting up!! :D this may sound melodramatic but what the heck did I do?!
Like every time I move there is this twinge in my neck and all of my upper back muscles hurt to move. Even typing this hurts!!
And now I'm slightly panicking :D what do I do! I was going to have a hot shower in a minute to try and relax it.
This is so weird!! I've never had anything like this before! D:
How should I sit/lie? Should I just give up on sleeping and move around? Should I stretch it?
Please help!

Ice packs will help you when you are in acute pain a lot more than heat. Try it 2 to 3 times a day for 20 to 30 minutes moving it around a bit. use a heating pad and take some ibupropin and Tylenol.One helps inflammation and the other helps the pain take them at the same time. You might have lifted some thing wrong, I was at the gym and hurt my neck it felt like I had slept on it wrong but it didn't go away and the pain would shoot down my neck into my upper chest it sucked. Mabe you should go to the doc,if it isn't better in a couple days. make sure your pillow suppots your neck really well, sleeping isn't fun and it should ease up after a coulpe days.
