Where are the other manufacturers in the 24 Hours of Le mans?
Firstly congratulations to Audi for winning this event. AS much as Im a fan of Audi, why arent there cars like the Venom GT, Bugatti Veyron, and the Agera R and the hyper cars apprearing here. They could have easily dominated the start , and may hold on in the end? Will there be a catrgory for hem soon?

i think the veyron doesn't comply with the rules stated for gts (road cars). there is a limit ijn engine size and you need to have a certain number of cars build (to avoid having prototypes in the gt class). in the gts you have ferrari's, porsche's, corvettes and aston martins. but you can wait for mclaren to join, even lamborghini is a possibility. also nissan will join next year with a skyline.
as for the lmp1/2s, you also have porsche (who after 22 hours were in a very good position surprisingly) and the toyota's (who clearly disappointed this race). the lmp2s are all smaller teams, some with factory engines.

The GTE category already covers most of those I think but they have to be homologated and be invited to race at Le Mans. It's not like other races where you can just enter and race.

I would love to see that. I would also love to see more American manufacturers in the race.
