I dyed my hair and..?
So, my hair is naturally black and I got kind of bored with it so I decided to do a blue dip-dye. It is currently still very blue with a few blonde/faded bits. I want to change the colour, I was thinking red or maybe purple. If I dye over the blue with red, will that work? It would be easier than removing all the blue and then dying it. I'm guessing it will be a mix of purple and a some spots of red?
Also, one other thing. I'm 14 years old and my hair has only been bleached once. Not all of it, only the bottom half. I was thinking of dying all my hair but I'm not sure if I should risk it? Since my hair is naturally very dark, I'd have to bleach it a lot to get the bright colour that I would want. Should I wait?

If you want to go from dark hair to blonde, use a higher volume bleach. I typically use a 40 volume bleach and then use a deep conditioner when going from black to blonde. Sometimes, you may get a little copper color when going that dark to light so get a toner to take the copper color out.
Blue toner for more of an orange and green toner for more of a red color.
I use Manic Panic when doing radical colors and it's an organic vegan dye that conditions hair as it dyes. It does fade quickly if you wash your hair every day so if that's the route you take, only wash your hair once or twice a week. You can always reapply the color (it does not damage your hair if you use Manic Panic) weekly.
As long as a you are not CONSTANTLY bleaching your hair and are using a deep conditioner, damage will be minimal.

All bleaching is damaging, but of you take care of it the right way it's fine, but I mean completely the right way, deep conditioners and other things.

Its better to wait for it to fade. Bleaching damages your hair
