Does this cancer man have feelings or no?

At my work, there is this guy. His 25, cancer and foreign (his english isn't strong but I can kinda communicate/understand him). Ever since I started working there, he has never said anything to me. But I do notice the stares & looks. This one time, I decided to go out w/ my work ppl and he came. There was a guy sitting between us (his friend) that I was talking too, and I look over to him, he has this...stare that I just can't forget lol it kinda turned me on actually. So as everyone is getting crunk this girl comes up to me asks for a lighter n I smoke so I went with her. She asked me for a lighter bc him and her wanted to smoke weed. I kinda dnt remember but he didn't do anything special to drop a hint . But as we were going inside, he leaned and gave me a hug as we were walking. So after a few days I didn't see him @ work but I told tht girl that he is such a cutie, she's like you know if, I told him he would actually die bc everyone thinks ur so this n that (compliments) . I was like aha good I want him to dye. So literally after a few hrs I recieve a text from him. So we've been txting for like 2 days now. He tells me tht he always thought I was beautiful n my smile and all tht flTtery stuff. Send me pictures of himself, txts me every morning saying morning , gave me a cute nickname and so did I lol tells me he can't wait to see me at work n he misses me basically tht type of stuff, oh and I send him only 1 pic of myself. Now, are these signs tht his into me?
