My question is why do the people that work for yahoo answer and guidelines?

As Oklatonola says, nobody at Yahoo! Answers is going to give you that information.

The briefest skim of your Q&As suggests that your posts are being reported and deleted because they are actually violations. A few tips:

Y!A is not a debate forum: don't use updates to argue with answerers.

Y!A is not a soapbox: don't use questions for essays expounding your own views on stuff.

Y!A expects courtesy: don't insult other users.

Your questions and answers are being reported because you are not telling the truth and spreading all manner of falsehoods which are violations of Yahoo! Answers community guidelines.

If you tell the truth then you will not get reported. It you tell lies and falsehoods, then you will get reported.

Given how many false statements you post, you have a reputation as a person that does not tell the truth.

It is up to you to stop lying.

Your questions get removed because users report them. They report them because you are breaking the rules. Yahoo allows this because they do not have enough staff to personally moderate the site. If you read the rules you agreed to you would realize that you are not allowed to post your email address in your answer and ask people to email you. Nor lie about yourself or others, nor insult other users. And that is just for starters. Rather than contact Yahoo or ask us to break the rules by giving you names we do not even know, maybe you should review your answers and learn to recognize your mistakes.

It's a community moderated site, so whoever reports it on here is the reason why it gets deleted, not yahoo. Make your q&a private, should cut down on the reports at least. Or make your avatar blank and change your user name to a less recognizable one if you've already done that.
