What jewelry would look best with this dress for my Bridesmaids?

I have allowed my bridesmaids to all pick out the dress together and they came up with the Alfred Angelo 7027.

I am planning to provide matching jewelry for all of the girls. I need something that won't clash with the beading at the top of the dress.

Wedding is in October with the fall theme.The color the dress will be in is Claret as shown in the pictures.

I need suggestions for the jewelry - please help :)
