I think that it depends ... If you go to something REALLY official, like an oscar ceremony or something, chose 2, but, I would more say number 1 (especially if you have blue eyes). If you chose number 2, I would more say white ...

1 would look good on light skin,tan skin and blue eyes...it would be good for a formal/causal thing
2.looks ok...not good for redheads.....look very dressy than formal
