The basic cause of boring circumstances or boredom usually is, 'lethargy' which results in inactivity, thus we blurt out with statements like "Bore ho raha hoon yaar, kuchh karne ko hi nahi hai." and the likes. A lazy person will always try to KILL his inventiveness/initiative/motivation etc, despite having these properties in abundance.

So 'boring' is just a result of "AALAS/KAHILIYAT" neatly wrapped in an envelope of "BORIYAT" and nothing else.

An active person is never bored. Please don't mind my harsh-ish words. :D
