Pregnant friend with special needs?

Hi I have had a friend since high school. She is a bit slow kind of challenged. She has staring spells to where she stares with saliva coming out of her mouth. She is also ultra sensitive and has conversations with herself. I am explaining all this. Because, she is now pregnant. I worry that her mental condition will cause her to have a still born. Also, she is due in April. She is still working which she shouldn't. She has a job where she is always standing on her feet. I tell her to resign from her job. She is risking having a miscarriage from being on her feet all day that far along in the pregnancy. I say all this, because I have had 3 miscarriages. I do not want her going through what I went through. She never listens and has absurd ideas on raising her baby. She has this idea that each co worker at her work is gonna take turns watching her baby while she works. So basically, she is going to pass the baby around to different people while she works at the grocery store.

On top of that, she is settling for this guy that won't marry her. She had an affair with this married guy later she got pregnant. I also worry he will back out on her. She is 39 and should know better. Am I worrying to much or what.
