its normal for an anime to get to you so much that it makes you cry. It the same when you cry while watching a movie. Every anime has an emotional scenes that is either going to make you cry like a baby, laugh so hard or make you angry. When you express this emotions when watching an anime its mean that you really like it to so much that it made you cry.
Personality i'm the same age as you and you wouldn't believe how many times i cried. I even cry with episode 405 of One Piece when Kuma made every strawhat disappear right in front of luffy while he kept saying to "RUN RUN' to them and he began to cry of not being able to safe even one of his friend and then that OST with flashback of each of his friends it really got to me that i cried so hard for the first time in One Piece. Even know when i go back to re-watch that episode i still end up crying.
But there has been plenty more anime that made me cry which i'm not embarrass at all because like i said it means that i enjoyed the anime and it was worth the time.

Lol, really. Just cry. It's fine. One Piece has a lot of tears-inducing scenes. Heck I think one of the saddest was Going Merry.
Freaking. Going. Merry.
Do you register me here? XD
I also cried in a number of other anime like Fruits Basket, Full Moon Wo Sagashite etc...

yes it's okay to cry! if you wanna cry some more, then watch Clannad, Tokyo Magnitude 8.0 (i balled like a baby when i saw this), Kanon 2006, Air, Angel Beats, and Anohana if you haven't already
if you want more shonen with sad moments, watch Guren Lagann, Project K, Kingdom (try not to let the art distract you because it really is a good show), D. Gray-man, Hakuouki, Fullmetal Alchemist

Its fine, theres nothing wrong with it, people cry when they feel sad, happy, etc. Basically its just the way people show their inner feelings. But not crying wouldnt really make you a heartless either, like me, I never cried when I watch anime or movies. There are different type of people in this world, but that doesnt necessarily mean it is a bad thing. Be confidence, and be honest to yourself. Sorry if im not making any sense.
