Oscar Pool for the movie buffs?

Picture - I'm hoping Gravity, but the Academy's not gonna pass a slave movie... That would be too controversial.

Actor - I'd go with McConaughey, too.

Actress - It'll probably be Cate Blanchett, but you have to give some credit to Bullock for being pretty convincing in her role, considering 90% of the movie wasn't real.

Supporting Actor - I don't remember if Michael Fassbender was nominated or not, but if he was he would probably win this.

Supporting Actress - Yeah, I'd probably have to agree with you here as well. Except when you throw Meryl Streep in, there's a serious possibility she could win, just because she's Meryl Streep...

Director - Alfonso Cuarón for Gravity. Gravity was masterfully directed, and it won the Golden Globe for Director, so I don't know about 12 Years a Slave on this one.

Animated Feature - Yeah, Frozen. Competition's pretty nonexistent.

Original Screenplay - Nebraska or American Hustle... I'm pretty unsure of this one.

Best Foreign Film - I don't remember the nominees for this one, but I'm pretty sure The Hunt was one of them, and that was a REALLY well done film. I'd say A Hijacking if it was nominated... shame it wasn't.

Visuals - Gravity. If it's not I'm going to throw a hissy fit.

Costume Design - I honestly don't know the nominees here, and I don't care enough to look them up.

Cinematography - Gravity or Prisoners. Gravity had some gorgeous cinematography, but then again, so did Prisoners, and Prisoners got pretty snubbed this year and that was a great movie. Hugh Jackman really should have been nominated for his performance.

Editing - I don't know any nominees here, either.

Score - Score is the entire soundtrack, not just a specific original song, and Gravity's soundtrack was pretty amazing. I've listened to the entire soundtrack to that film I can't say how many times...

If you can't tell Gravity was my favorite film this year.
