Hey guys, im considering wearing a high-low dress for prom and I've heard that it's good for short women, as It makes them look taller because of the revealing legs at the front, True or not? Thank yaaa

you'll be wearing hells anyway im guessing? heels make legs look a lot longer so the bigger the heel the less youll need to worry about any of that!!
