If you're looking for the typical wide/fisheye shots you see in a lot of skating videos, highly consider the Samyang/Rokinon branded 8mm Fisheye Lens which could normally be found on eBay for around $200. Don't be fooled by the price, it's high quality glass. The reason it's cheap is because it doesn't autofocus.

But focusing with a Fisheye is VERY easy due to it's lens construction. If you understand focal lengths, the wider the angle, the easier to focus. Fisheye is as easy as it gets to where you don't need autofocus, so you can ignore what thankyoumaskedman said.

If it's in broad daylight (doesn't even have to be), close your aperture to either f5.6 or f8, then set the distance on the lens. You don't have to be exact. You will be in focus 90% of the time. Set your ISO accordingly to achieve a faster shutter speed if you want to freeze your subject. Slower to add some blur.

If you don't want distortion (curvy lines from the fisheye), then you're in the market for an Ultra Wide Angle. The cheapest is probably the Tamron 11-18mm. It's an older model but is wide and cheap. There is also the Sigma 10-20mm and Tokina 12-24mm all should be within $300-$400 depending on where you look.

At the present time there is no Nikon brand fisheye that will autofocus with the D3200.
