is the nikon d3200 good for skate photography?
Is the shutter speed for it good enough for skate and other fast sport? Will the pictures look clean and un blury even if the object is moving really fast?

Yes it will do the job - If you have a fast lens (eg 50mm f/1.8) and use high ISO you can freeze anything!

If you are shooting in daylight, at low ISO, you are looking at way too much camera. If Nikon is your choice, you could do just fine with a Nikon D7000. Shooting at ISO 800 and below, you'd have a hard time seeing a difference from the more expensive cameras. Yes the D4 has the state of the art everything, but that camera is like 6 grand. Is it six times better than a D7000 for skate pics? I doubt it. Now if you were shooting at high ISO, it would be a different story. You could probably save some more money, and get a Sony A57 for this type of photography. It can shoot 10 frames per second at full resolution, and shoot full 1080p at 60fps which is great for slow mo stuff when you edit your videos together. It also has face detection and smart object tracking for video work.

Yes, you can use the Sport mode to capture fast moving objects.
Or, you can put the camera in Shutter priority, set the shutter to about 1/250 and then play with aperture and ISO to get the proper exposure. Always seek the best light. The more light, the better.

With a 50mm f1.8 lens yes.
With a kit lens or longer zoom lens probably not enough light in the UK until April-September.
You'll likely be forced into using higher ISO settings than ideal to keep a fast enough shutter speed. You can learn to pan the camera too.

The D3200 is a dSLR. You can use any dSLR to shoot anything so yes, the D3200 can be used to shoot fast sports including F1 and MotoGP. How to do it exactly is your next problem. Getting the picture right requires skill. The camera is only a tool.

The D3200 is perfectly fine for the job. However, does the photographer know about panning technique? If not, read and practice. Easy to practice on moving cars.

its your lens that really decides.
your lens must allow enough light in for the shutter speed to be fast enough.
