nikon d3200 or Sony alpha slt 58?
Mainly for skateboarding photos and skateboarding videos, vlogs ect, it will also be used for landscapes and what a usual DSLR is used for.

Canon and Nikon are on top for a reason, I'd stick to them because they know what they are doing and have a long history in this. Sony is still good, but the D3200 is an excellent model and I recommend you to get that!

The Sony will be better for video and also has an LCD panel that flips up and down so that you can shoot from interesting angles.
Neither camera is sufficiently robust to ride on a skateboard - get a GoPro for that kind of thing.
