Why do I not loose any weight?

I am a 46 year old woman weighting about 14.5 stones. I started going to the gym for the past 2 weeks everyday. i do cycling about 12 km in 25 minutes, 4 kilometres on the stepper for 10 minutes, rowing and i use some other machines to tones up arms and legs.

I am careful with what I eat, i haven;t lost anything but still i can feel my clothes are looser on me.

I eat less than 100 calories a day

    Hi,

    you say your clothes are looser on you but you have not lost weight? It could very well be that you have lost fat and gained muscle. Muscle is far more dense than fat, which means that fat makes you a lot bigger.

    (one kilo of fat takes up more space/volume than a kilo of muscle.

    I think you should check your amount of bodyfat to see if you are at a healty level.

    Also, you must have a little patience, results will come but it will take a few more weeks.
