Im would roll with Foles coming off a bye week, even though Arizona defense is playing lights out right now, KAP doesnt put up big fantasy numbers, and teams are catching on to what he likes to do.

whichever defense is better against the run would be my criteria over who to start betweem them. cause the qb will have to throw more.
