What is the difference between a sexist parody and a parody of sexism?

I don't see the difference.

    sexist parody- something that is a parody but uses sexism.

    parody of sexism- something that makes a parody of sexism

    one uses it, the other is about it.

    To keep the difference straight focus on the words "a parody of." Remember that a parody is designed to mock or trivialize an original work. The topic being mocked in the case of "a parody of" is the original work that exhibits sexism. The original work could, if it was itself a parody, be a sexist parody being made fun of. Regards.
