what would you do if you inherited 26 acres in Upstate NY ?

Selling it is not an option right now, what would you do with it to make a profit or just to pay the land taxes, $1000 per year?It is mostly on a hill

    aside from selling it you might be able to rent it to a local farmer or maybe to hunters who want to use it to shoot little animals...depends on what the surrounding area is like. why can't you sell it?
