Who is the most powerful comic book superhero?

In the physical realm superman has every hero beat (he once held a black hole in his fist you know how hard that is?)

But superman cant beat magic this means the strongest hero is likely the phantom stranger or the specter

I cant think of any marvel heroes who could beat them but I may be wrong

The two most powerful comic book characters are The Presence (DC) and The One Above All (marvel). They are each essentially god. Like the god above all other gods. They are the creators of existence in DC/Marvel and cannot be beaten by anybody. Not even Batman.

But some of the most powerful characters that are more interesting would be:

DC: Spectre, Superman, Green Lantern, Martian Manhunter, Flash, Darkseid, Imperiex, Dr. Manhattan

Marvel: Living Tribunal, Silver Surfer, Phoenix, Thanos, Galactus, Thor, Beyonder, Apocalypse

Thats hard to say. To those who want to say Superman, he isn't even close to being the most powerful.

We have powerhouses like Silver Surfer, Galactus, Thanos, Dr Fate, Doctor Strange, various major gods, Sentry, Onslaught, and The Living Tribunal to name a few.

There's no most powerful superhero really. They all have their weaknesses. Superman has kryptonite, Batman & Constantine have severe guilt. And Gambit & Wolverine have chain-smoking and women!

Superman can do about everything...that looks to be the greatest.
