What to do with a pharmaceutical chemistry degree?

Im studying pharmaceutical chemistry and i was much more interested in doing a biology based masters and phd would that be possible?

working for big pharma like ICI, Baxter, Bayer etc... is the obvious choice, if you want to get biology in there how about Clinical Trials Associate for one of the big companies?
