What happened to you? Parents of my generation.?
What happened to you to turn you into such terrible people? Were you like this as kids? Did it happen to you when you WERE kids? I mean Jesus Christ, no matter where I've moved, who I've known the majority of parents are horrible, torturing your children and what not. What is it? What happened? What happened to you for you to be this way? I find it hard to believe that this is all in my head considering that no matter WHERE I've gone, no matter WHO I've known, you've always managed to destroy a good portion of my friends one way or another, and there's ALWAYS a problem that was there before I got there. Raping my friends, isolating us, divorcing and destroying the entire family, I mean what in the **** happened to you to make you such monsters? You're not even animals, it's like you're demons or something. I mean you could see your EXACT parenting style on tv and say it's terrible but if someone were to confront you and tell you you do the exact same thing it's as if you're living in a completely different world. Time and time again I see this not only with my own but with so many other parents as well.

This is actually a good question although it's poorly worded. But that's OK because the person asking it may be very young.
But it's a good question and I believe the answer is because of a deeply ingrained sense of entitlement in the parents of the generation you are referring to. That generation is probably the first generation to live in the best time in history with very little struggle and very few wants. Thus many of that generation grew up with a sense that they deserved everything in life with very little personal effort or much personal responsibility. This sort of thing happens every once in a while such as the generation that existed in the 1920's before the great depression. The generation that came along during the great depression is considered the greatest generation in history and changed the world. Life for the generation you're speaking of was much better and basically this generation is spoiled with a huge sense of entitlement issues. Unfortunately the next generation will have it much harder yet consequently will probably turn out to be much stronger.

Appears your life is very sad and bitter.
And you will be more sad and bitter when you get old and play the game of life like those people just so you can "be normal" in society, in debt, in social circles and the status.
