Punk is a face, he only did that because Heyman was about to cheat,and it's so they could have a rematch, if Punk had won clean they wouldn't be having another match.

No he's a face k. A tweener is someone who does heel things all the time yet is cheered like a face. Like Stone Cold was an asshole to everyone, but he was still cheered thus he was a tweener.

Face, the crowd goes crazy for him al of the time. Also Heyman is playing a classic heel (doing very good at it by the way).
